Fort Saint Jean in Marseille

Fort Saint Jean is one of two historic forts in Marseille France that were built to protect the entrance to Marseille's Old Port.

Located on the west side of the harbor, the fort is just a short walk from Marseille's St. Marie Majeure Cathedral.
